BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 21. Azerbaijani judoka Hidayat Heydarov has claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Slam tournament held in Tbilisi, Trend reports.
Competing in the 73 kg weight category, Heydarov secured third place after defeating Spain’s Anton Shukhaliev in the bronze medal bout.
Notably, a day earlier, another Azerbaijani athlete, Turan Bayramov (66 kg), earned a silver medal, finishing second on the podium.
