BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. On August 11, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended a ceremony in Nakhchivan dedicated to the presentation of Battle Flags to the newly established operational (commando) military units of the Separate Combined Arms Army.
