A dual listing will be available for the Azerbaijani companies in 2014.
Their securities will be put forward to the two stock exchanges - Baku and Istanbul, İnvest-AZ company head Elshan Guliyev told media on March 13. The company will render the dual listing service.
The company has already received the relevant decisions made by the two banks and another company.
"They can hold an IPO on the Istanbul Stock Exchange or place bonds," he said. "The dual listing complexity is that the preparatory work must be held at both exchanges. However, we want to hold the first transaction in 2014."
İnvest-AZ has dealer and broker licences in Azerbaijan. The company was the first provider of liquidity for trading in the Forex and CFD through the platform of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) in 2013.
İnvest-AZ became a member of the BSE on September 23, 2013, while the exchange shareholder was on September 17. İnvest-AZ was established on January 11, 2006. The company is also a shareholder of the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
