BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 17. The production of gas condensate from the Absheron field surpassed expectations, reaching 570,000 tons in 2024.
Data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Energy’s 2024 activity report indicates that the initial forecast for gas condensate production from the Absheron field was set at 520,000 tons.
The production figures exceeded the forecast by 50,000 tons, or 9.6 percent.
Meanwhile, gas condensate production from the Absheron field has increased by 97.1 percent compared to the previous year.
