The volume of total assets of Azerbaijani investment company PSG Kapital in the balance sheet for 2018 amounted to 22.842 million manats, Trend reports referring to the organization’s audit report on Aug. 26.
The company’s assets increased by 58.8 percent in 2018 compared to 2017.
The main share of assets (72 percent) accounted for the deposits in other banks - 16.445 million manats (an increase of 4.8 times for the year). The volume of cash and cash equivalents decreased by 16 times and amounted to 304,300 manats.
The total volume of obligations amounted to 20.36 million manats in 2018, which is 1.5 times more than in 2017. Three quarters of PSG Kapital's commitments accounted for the customer refund commitments. Their volume grew by more than four times and amounted to 15.755 million manats.
The total capital of the investment company increased by almost 2.5 times up to 2.482 million manats mainly due to an increase in retained earnings of the company by 12.5 times up to 420,700 manats, as well as through doubling of the authorized capital.
