BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 11. An earthquake struck the Caspian Sea, the Republican Center of Azerbaijan’s Seismological Service told Trend.
The quake measured 3.8 in magnitude and occurred at 04:31 a.m. local time.
The epicenter was located 72 kilometers below the surface.
