BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 23. The rector of Lankaran State University has been appointed, Trend reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the relevant decree.

According to the decree, Natig Ibrahimov has been appointed rector of Lankaran State University.
