BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 28. Total payments of 10 leading insurance companies in Azerbaijan amounted to 201.7 million manat ($118.6 million), or 94.89 percent of total insurance payments from January through April 2024, Trend reports.
PASHA Life Insurance topped the ranking on the volume of insurance payments with 111.77 million manat ($65.75 million) in the reporting period, accounting for 53.34 percent of total payments among all companies.
Meanwhile, PASHA Insurance took the second position in the ranking with total insurance payments of 41.89 million manat, or $24.6 million (19.99 percent of all payments), and third place went to Ateshgah Life Insurance, with $14,000,000 (6.69 percent).
Total payments of all insurance companies in Azerbaijan amounted to 209.5 million manat ($123 million), in the first four months of this year.
