TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, May 19. The liquefied gas market saw a significant decline in prices during the first half of May 2025, Trend reports, citing the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan.
At the commencement of the month, the mean valuation for 1
metric ton of liquefied gas was 6,409,000 soms ($494). Nonetheless,
as of May 15, the valuation had contracted to 5,427,000 soms
($419), indicating a depreciation of 982,000 soms ($76), or a
contraction of 15.32 percent.
On May 15, an aggregate of 2,893 metric tons of liquefied gas were
available on the exchange, with 1,264 tons (44 percent)
successfully sold.
