BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 9. Tahir Budagov has been appointed as the head of the Nasimi District Executive Authority in Azerbaijan's Baku, Trend reports.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the relevant decree.
Under the decree, Budagov will assume his duties as the new head of the district administration.
