BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 24. Azerbaijan’s production of asphalt reached 2,500 tons in January 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee indicates that the production of asphalt in in January 2025 was up by 1,000 tons, reflecting a rise of 1.7 times when compared to the same period last year.
Furthermore, Azerbaijan produced over 350,000 tons of concrete during the reporting period. This figure shows a jump of over 17,000 tons, or a 5 percent rise, when stacked up against January 2024.
As of February 1, the national inventory of completed goods was quantified at 5,800 tons.
