BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 17. The nominal revenues of Azerbaijan's population increased by 6.4 percent from January through February of this year compared to the same period last year, reaching 11.9 billion manat ($7 billion), or an average of 1,164 manat ($683) per person.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistical Committee shows that the remaining disposable income of the population amounted to 10.1 billion manat ($5.9 billion).
In January 2025, the average nominal salary of employees in the country's economy increased by 12.8 percent compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 1,062 manat ($625).
Salaries in the oil and gas sector amounted to 3,830 manat ($2,260), while in the non-oil and gas sector, it was 1,010 manat ($595).
Meanwhile, salaries in state-owned enterprises were 1,017 manat ($598), and in private enterprises, 1,110 manat ($652).
