BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 16. Azerbaijan produced a total of 40,400 tons of asphalt from January through March of this year.
The data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee shows that
this metric experienced a reduction of 11,000 tons, representing a
21.4 percent contraction relative to the corresponding timeframe in
the previous fiscal year, which recorded 51,400 tons.
The aggregate inventory of completed asphalt matrices within the
national repository reached a cumulative total of 13,900 tons as of
the first day of April in the current fiscal year.
The aggregate manufacturing valuation of petroleum derivatives for
the specified reporting interval reached 1.25 billion manat ($740
million), reflecting a decrement of seven percent relative to the
analogous timeframe of the preceding fiscal year.
