ASTANA, Kazakhstan, May 3. In Astana, KazTransOil (a subsidiary of KazMunayGas) presented a project for the implementation of a customer interaction system for oil transportation – Oil Transportation Management KazTransOil, Trend reports.
The new digital tool allows customers to receive all necessary
services quickly, transparently, and without intermediaries.
"With the new system, the process of submitting applications,
approvals, and calculations will be moved to an online format.
Resource users will no longer need to interact with multiple
departments — all stages will be available through a single digital
interface. This significantly simplifies the work and reduces
service delivery time," the company stated.
The digital system includes: automatic submission of oil
transportation requests; integration with the Oil Transportation
Management system of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Kazakhstan; automated exchange of information with resource users;
calculation and creation of payment orders in accordance with the
schedule of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
Moreover, as the company noted, the design phase has been
completed: user interfaces have been created, business models have
been developed, and information security mechanisms have been
configured.
The system is planned to be put into industrial operation starting July 1, 2025. The project is being implemented as part of the digital transformation of the group of companies of JSC NC "KazMunayGas" and contributes to the development of advanced and customer-oriented oil transportation infrastructure in the country.
