State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Alfa Sığorta and as a result the authorized capital of the company will increase by 14.8 percent, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Wednesday.
Some 1,030 shares, at 1,000 manat par value, were issued under the prospectus.
The authorized capital increased from 6.75 million manat to 7.75 manat.
Alfa Sığorta - a subsidiary of JSC Bank Technique was established in 1997 and is one of the oldest companies in the insurance sector of Azerbaijan.
