Placement of ordinary registered shares of Azerbaijani Alfa Sıgorta Insurance Company in the amount of 1.03 million manats will start on Dec.13, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) report said on Monday.
"The company appealed to the stock exchange with a proposal on inclusion of its shares in unquoted list of BSE," the BSE report said.
Some 1030 shares with a nominal value of one thousand manats were issued within the emission.
Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC is the placement underwriter.
As a result of emission prospectus's placement, the authorized capital of the company will grow from 6.75 million to 7.78 million manats.
Established in 1997, Alfa Sıgorta is a subsidiary of Bank Technique JSC and is one of the oldest companies in Azerbaijani insurance sector.
The official exchange rate on December 10 is 0.7847 AZN / USD.
