Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) has announced an international tender.
The tender has been announced to work out proposals for modernizing a desalination plant of the Kenar enterprise on storage and shipment of the complex's petroleum products.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application for participation in the tender, indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and telephone numbers;
- read the tender rules;
- obtain a package of tender documents by paying $1,725 per lot.
The tender bids should be submitted to the following address: Turkmenistan, Balkan province, Turkmenbashi, TCOR.
The bids will be received until 17:00, local time, June 13, 2014.
The account for transferring the funds will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The packages with tender bids should be submitted to the abovementioned address from the date of publication of the notification.
The tender bids will be accepted for consideration after the receipt of the funds.
The tender participants, who are the residents of Turkmenistan, should submit commercial bids in national currency.
The commercial bids should be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelop should contain the bids with technical specifications, and the second envelope should include commercial bids with the prices for the offered products.
