Azerbaijan’s bread producer company Brot Baku is developing a plan to expand the varieties and volume of the manufacture of bakery products, Nigar Abdullayeva, the company’s technologist, told Trend.
Abdullayeva noted that the company produces a little more than 700 units of bread products every day.
“Meanwhile, the production capacity of our facility enables us to increase this figure three or more times,” Abdullayeva said. “We plan to achieve this by opening new lines and increasing the varieties of bakery products.”
The technologist noted that there is a lot of competition in this market segment.
“The number of bread producers is increasing, while among them there are those who use chemical additives harmful to health in the production process,” Abdullayeva added. “Our bakery products are different, as we use exclusively natural additives in production, meeting the standards and requirements of organic products.”
Abdullayeva noted that in the coming months, the company will establish production of new varieties of buns with various fillings including jam, confiture, and cream.
“The company’s bakery products are in demand, and they are sold in several stores in Baku,” Abdullayeva said.
