Georgia's TBC Bank has started to offer new, simplified mortgage terms for its users, Trend reports with reference to the TBC Bank.
Updated terms and conditions may apply to people who want to buy or repair a house from a development company or have a positive credit history.
When a customer takes a mortgage loan, the process of checking his/her income is simplified. Consequently, the stages of consideration and approval of the loan became fast and adapted for the borrower.
To get the money needed to buy an apartment, a client needs to put up only 20 percent of the house price. The research of the income of such clients will be carried out using a simplified approach.
Credits in GEL currency are issued for 180 months.
