Türkiye sees decrease in furniture exports to Kyrgyzstan

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 6. The volume of furniture exports from Türkiye to Kyrgyzstan decreased by 20.1 percent from January through November of 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $10.2 million, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.

In November this year, furniture worth $1.4 million was exported from Türkiye to Kyrgyzstan, which is 23.3 percent less than in November last year.

Meanwhile, furniture exports from Türkiye decreased by 1.6 percent from January through November 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $7.8 billion.

"Türkiye exported furniture worth $671.6 million in November this year, which is 2.2 percent less than in November last year," the ministry said in a statement.

To note, Türkiye exported furniture worth $7.8 billion in the last 12 months (from November 2023 through November 2024).
