BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 21. Ukrainian citizens purchased 770 real estate objects in Türkiye from January through May 2023, which is 115 less compared to the same period of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the Turkish State Authority for Land Inventory and Real Estate Purchase and Sale, Ukrainian citizens purchased 175 real estate objects in Türkiye in May 2023, which is 66 less in comparison with the same period of 2022.
A total of 3,167 apartments were sold in Türkiye in May 2023, which is 46.9 percent less compared to the same period in 2022.
Meanwhile, as many as 16,650 properties were sold to foreigners in Türkiye from January through May 2023, which is 37.8 percent less than in the same period of 2022.
