BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 10. Azerbaijan’s "Azərsun Kağız və Karton İstehsalat Korporasiyası" Limited Liability Company (LLC) has changed its legal structure, Trend reports citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
As per the service, the LLC has now turned over a new leaf and transformed into a joint-stock company (JSC).
Notably, the "Azərsun Kağız və Karton İstehsalat Korporasiyası" LLC was originally registered in 2007 under the name "Fidan" LLC. A rebranding took place in 2008.
With its charter capital of 103 million manat ($60.5 million), the company collects paper waste nationwide and produces paper rolls, which are raw materials for cardboard production, 2,3,4,5-layer corrugated cardboard packaging products, labels, paper egg cartons, offset paper-cardboard packaging products, corners of various sizes and types, paper towels, wet paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
