According to the report of the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance published on its website, Pasa Sıgorta led the ranking in terms of insurance fees collected in January-August 2013. Around 12.36 percent of premiums collected during this period fell to this company.
AzSığorta (10.78 percent of all fees of the market) and Azerbaijani State Insurance Commercial Company Azersıgorta (10.21 percent) ranked the second and third respectively.

Pasha Sıgorta is the market leader also in terms of insurance claims. In January-August, the company paid 17.54 million manat, or over 22.5 percent of all claims during the reporting period.
It is followed by Ateshgah with 9.56 million manat (12.28 percent of total payments) and Azersıgorta with 8.35 million manat (over 10.72 percent).
The total amount of premiums of all insurance companies hit 265.71 million manat in January-August (a 16.1 percent growth) and claims hit 77.85 million manat (a 32.22 percent growth).
