BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, October 31. The Public-Private Partnership Center of Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyz Railways national enterprise are seeking investors for the construction of a guesthouse as part of a public-private partnership initiative.
The main goal of the guesthouse is to enhance the tourism potential, improve infrastructure, and provide leisure and recreation services to the public, including employees of the Kyrgyz Railways.
A site has been designated for construction on the premises of the unfinished sanatorium of the Kyrgyz Railways, located on the shores of the Issyk-Kul lake in the village of Kosh-Kol, in the Issyk-Kul region.
The total area is 9.55 hectares, with 6.5 hectares allocated for construction and a park-beach zone of 3.05 hectares.
Interested parties can submit proposals via courier service to the addresses below until 6:00 PM (GMT+6) on November 29, 2024.
