Criminal case on fact of the death of Fikrat Rajabov, the owner of Khayal Company, was filed on article 125 (driving to suicide) of the Criminal Code, Jeihun Shirinov, the Prosecutor of the Sabunchu district Prosecutor, told Trend.
Rajabov was found stringed up in his cottage, located in the Lakhish massive, on Thursday at 21.00pm. Investigators work on several versions, including, suicide. They interrogated the warden working in the house, who first revealed the corpse. During examination of the corpse no injury was revealed.
The criminal case is under investigation by Ilgar Hajizade, the investigator of the Sabunchu district Prosecutor Office. The relative of Shirinov give evidences. The investigators do not exclude that the reason for suicide may be with the health problems of Rajabov.
