BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 22. The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has announced plans to restore the perimeter of its property, with renovation work set to begin soon, Trend reports.
SOFAZ has already started preparing the necessary project and budget documents for the extensive repairs.
Experts from the project team will conduct a detailed inspection of the area, followed by the creation of a "Defect Act," which will outline the work required, ensuring it meets construction standards. The design of a writing board will also be part of the project.
Once the plans are finalized, they will be submitted to the appropriate government authorities for approval or feedback. If needed, the contractor will defend the project and promptly address any concerns at their own expense.
The restoration is expected to cost an estimated 17,228 manat ($10,134), based on projections from SOFAZ.
