BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 18. Azerbaijan's state
budget revenues amounted to 9.73 billion manat ($5.7 billion),
while expenditures stood at 8.11 billion manat ($4.7 billion) in
the first quarter of 2025.
Data obtained by Trend from the Ministry of Finance indicates that this
resulted in a state budget surplus of 1.61 billion manat ($947
million).
During the reporting period, the consolidated budget, which
includes both state and extra-budgetary funds, reported total
revenues of 10.7 billion manat ($6.2 billion), with expenditures at
over 9 billion manat ($5.2 billion). This led to a consolidated
budget surplus of 1.68 billion manat ($988.2 million).
