BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 4. Azerbaijan's monetary base amounted to 20.63 billion manat ($12.17 billion) at the end of May 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the Central Bank (CBA) shows that this figure decreased by 89.6 million manat ($52.86 million), or 0.4 percent, compared to the previous month, but increased by 681.7 million manat ( $402.2 million), or 3.4 percent, compared to the same period last year.
Specifically, at the end of April this year, Azerbaijan's monetary base was 20.7 billion manat ($12.23 billion) against 19.9 billion manat ($11.76 billion) at the end of May last year.
