ASTANA, Kazakhstan, June 12. Kazakhstan's Baiterek National Managing Holding has launched bond offerings totaling 100 billion tenge (approximately $195 million) on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), according to an official announcement, Trend reports.
Specialized trading opened on Thursday for two bond issues under ticker codes KZ2C00013902 and KZ2C00013928. Each bond issue carries a nominal value of 1,000 tenge per bond, with 50 billion tenge (around $97.5 million) allocated for each placement, bringing the total offering to 100 billion tenge (about $195 million).
The bond placements are being conducted on KASE’s main platform under the “bonds” category (BTRKb22). The offerings are initiated by Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of the People’s Bank of Kazakhstan, alongside First Heartland Jusan Invest.
