There are no problems with the import of car parts to Iran and registration of orders for car parts, head of the Iran Trade Promotion Organization Mohammad Reza Modudi said.
Manufacturers of spare parts for local cars, import raw materials to Iran but keep them in the customs service due to the foreign currency problems with banks, Modudi added, Trend reports referring to Young Journalists Club.
Modudi has called the suspension of the import of car parts as economic rent.
