Orelay, an Azerbaijani confectionery manufacturer located in the country's Aghdash district, plans to launch production of chocolate wafers, a source at the company told Trend.
According to the source, the company has begun the development of a new assortment for the production of this type of confectionery.
"The company is expanding its range of chocolate products, taking into account the demand in the domestic market. We are capable of manufacturing up to 100 tons of products per month. At the moment, the company produces over 10 types of confectionery," the source said.
The products manufactured by Orelay have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan.
The company uses German, Turkish and Austrian equipment.
