BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 19. Azerbaijani citizens purchased a total of 339 real estate properties in Türkiye from January through June 2024, which is 56 less than in the same period last year, Trend reports via Türkiye's State Authority on Land Cadastre and Purchase and Sale.
It was noted that in June 2024, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 51 properties in Türkiye, eight fewer than in April 2023.
In June 2024, 79,313 apartments were purchased in Türkiye, representing a 5.2 percent decrease compared to June 2023.
From January through June 2024, a total of 545,074 apartments were purchased in the country, a 3.7 percent decrease from the same period in 2023.
In June 2024, 1,440 apartments were sold to foreign nationals in Türkiye, a 45.1 percent decrease from June 2023.
From January through June 2024, foreign citizens purchased 10,461 apartments in Türkiye, a 45.7 percent decrease from the same period last year.
