BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 10. A total of 338,621 property ownership rights were registered in Azerbaijan from January through November of this year.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy indicates that 58,812 (17.4 percent) of these registrations were primary, while 279,809 (82.6 percent) were secondary registrations.
The report indicates that the following property rights were registered during the eleven months of the year: 57,225 for individual houses and cottages, 78,347 for apartments, 191,204 for land plots, 3,114 for non-residential buildings, 7,940 for non-residential spaces, 738 for property complexes, and 53 for multi-story residential buildings.
Of the total registered property rights, 88,494 were in Baku, with the remainder distributed across other regions.
Additionally, 255,838 technical passports were issued, and 67,648 mortgage agreements were registered during the reporting period.
