Three contracts worth 165 million euro signed between the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company and three Iranian companies in Iran today on Apr. 5, Trend reports citing the Shana news agency.
So, Iran's Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company signed a contact with Iran's Oil Turbo Compressor Construction Company and a contract with Mapna Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company under MAPNA Group. The total value of these contracts is 75 million euro.
According to the contracts, 24 centrifugal compressors will be produced and installed. The Oil Turbo Compressor Construction Company will produce 16 centrifugal compressors.
In addition, a contract worth 90 million euro was signed between the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company and Iran's Energy Industries Engineering and Design Company (EIED).
According to this contract, the plan to collect flare gases in the Rag-Sefid oil field will be completed in the next few years.
Reportedly, in August 2018, National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) signed a contract worth 1.1 billion euro with the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company and a contract worth 200 million euro with Marun Petrochemical Company for the collection of flare gases.
Within the contract signed with Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company, 27 facilities will be created for the collection of flare gases. Under the contract, 600 million cubic feet (about 17 million cubic meters) of flare gas will be transported to the company daily. Thus, the company's fuel (C2+) will increase by about 1.5 million tons per year.
Under the plan, about 400 million cubic feet (about 11.3 million cubic meters) of light gas daily will be supplied to the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC). This gas will be used for injection into oil fields.
The Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company was built with an investment of $3.4 billion.The company will bring $700 million worth of revenues a year to Iran if it operates fully.
At present, the company's plant operates in an extraordinary manner. The company's plant can produce 10.3 million tons of methane, 1.5 million tons of propane, 490,000 tons of butane, 922,000 tons of acid gas, and 400,000 tons of gas condensate per year.
The National Iranian South Oil Company, a subordinate of National Iranian Oil Company, operates 45 large and small hydrocarbon deposits in an area of 400,000 square kilometers from Iran's Bushehr Province to the north of Khuzestan Province. The company extracts about 80 percent of Iran's crude oil and 16 percent of gas. The company reportedly extracts about 3 million barrels of oil per day.
