BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 8. Net profit of Baku branch of Bank Melli İran amounted to 805,720 manat ($473,900) for first half of 2022, Trend reports with reference to the bank.
Interest income of Bank Melli İran Baku branch amounted to 1.7 million manat ($1 million, 1.8 percent growth), fees and commission income – 87,400 manat ($51,400), foreign exchange earnings – 100,750 manat ($59,200).
Interest expenses of the branch amounted to 139,100 manat ($81,800, reduction for the year by 13.6 percent), fees and commission expenses – 70,800 manat ($41,600), administrative expenses - 887,750 manat ($522,200), deductions for creation of reserves on assets – 98,870 manat ($58,100).
The pre-tax profit of the branch amounted to 805,720 manat ($473,900) in first half of 2022.
The bank’s total assets decreased by 0.66 percent (to 90.04 million manat or $52.9 million) over the year, total capital - by 4.56 percent (to 36.2 million manat or $21.3 million) and total liabilities grew - by 2.14 percent (to 53.8 million manat or $31.6 million),
