BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 5. Kapital Bank ranks as the most user-friendly mobile bank for individuals in Azerbaijan, Eugene Labinsky, Senior UX Researcher at Markswebb, said following the results of the Mobile Banking Rank Azerbaijan 2024 survey, Trend reports.
Labinsky highlighted that Kapital Bank scored 61.4 points on its quality assessment.
"Kapital Bank's strengths include providing maximum opportunities for transfers, automation, and the ability to obtain certificates and statements. These features simplify financial transactions, making them more convenient and faster. The automation of processes and access to statements at any time add convenience and enhance the level of service.
Additionally, the ability to set a limit for all spending transactions at once helps customers control their expenses and avoid unwanted spending, making banking services safer and more manageable. The end-to-end search function and convenient filters in transaction history make managing financial data simple and fast. Customers can easily find the information they need and analyze their spending, enhancing the transparency and convenience of banking services," he explained.
He reminded that Yelo Bank was leading in the ranking in 2022.
"The world of mobile banking apps is rapidly developing, offering users a wide range of features and functions. But how can you determine which app truly meets your requirements and provides the best service? To answer this question, a detailed analysis and comparison of mobile banking apps based on 750 parameters was conducted," he emphasized.
According to him, the purpose of the analysis was to evaluate the services based on the following key criteria: mobile banking login and personalization, checking the status of their products, making transfers, making payments, simplifying repetitive transactions, customizing their products, obtaining documents from the bank, transaction history and analytics, controlling terms of service, and managing their funds. Additionally, navigation within the mobile banking app, locating bank branches and ATMs, accessing and exporting data, getting support while performing tasks, updating customer data, and accessing the product showcase before registration, as well as ordering new products for existing customers, were also considered important.
To note, Mobile Banking Rank Azerbaijan 2024 is a study of user experience, focusing on the completeness and convenience of tasks performed in mobile banking for individuals, with a particular emphasis on debit card management.
