BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, November 26. Kyrgyzstan's Chakan HPP company has announced a tender to select a general contractor for the reconstruction of the Lebedinovskaya Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP).
The tender is open to both international and domestic companies. The project is financed through a loan and grant provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Applications must be submitted via the EBRD’s electronic portal, ECEPP, by January 13, 2025. The procurement identification number is 53600.
Bidders are required to use the messaging center on the ECEPP portal to communicate with the project beneficiary. Direct calls and messages outside the ECEPP portal will not be accepted.
The project includes the complete reconstruction of the power generation equipment and the upgrade of the civil structures. A consulting company will be engaged for technical support and quality control throughout the project.
