ASTANA, Kazakhstan, June 2. A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed in Astana, Kazakhstan, between KTZ Express, a subsidiary of Kazakhstan Railways, and TCS Logistics, one of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies, Trend reports via Kazakhstan Railways.
The agreement is aimed at developing cargo transportation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan, expanding multimodal routes, and creating a sustainable logistics chain linking Central and South Asia.
“Kazakhstan Railways is striving to establish a reliable and efficient transport chain along the Trans-Afghan corridor, which will accelerate cargo delivery and expand markets for Kazakh companies,” the information notes.
The main goal is to provide stable and beneficial conditions for business, support the country’s export potential, and contribute to the development of regional cooperation.
TCS Logistics is a prominent logistics and courier company based in Pakistan, known for its extensive domestic and international delivery services. Founded in 1983 by Khalid Nawaz Awan and Sadiq Awan as a joint venture with DHL, TCS has become a leading player in the logistics industry, offering a wide array of services to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
