TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, February 21. Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (Uzbekistan-South Korea JV) has announced a tender to purchase laboratory equipment.
Potential bidders are permitted to participate if the following conditions are met:
- The company must not be under reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy (evidence from the tax authority and bank to be submitted);
- Submitting all necessary documents for bidding within the established deadline;
- Properly fulfilling their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- Organizations registered in Uzbekistan and having the right to commercial activity on the territory of Uzbekistan;
- Not being in a state of legal proceedings with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 15:00 (GMT+5) on February 27.
