TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, April 8. Uz-Kor Gas Chemical (Uzbekistan-South Korea JV) has announced a tender for the supply of spare parts for axial pumps of loop reactors.
The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:
-Which are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- Which didn’t submit all the necessary documents for competitive selection within set timeframe;
- Which have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts;
- Which have pending litigation with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical;
- Companies should not be registered in the states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or do not consider disclosure of information during financial transactions (offshore zones) or that have accounts at banks located in offshore zones according to the legislation of Uzbekistan.
The bidders are required to submit the proposals no later than 15:00 (GMT+5) on April 14.
