Iran releases currency exchange rates for Feb. 17

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 17. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on February 17, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 45 currencies experienced an upward trajectory compared to February 16.

As for CBI, $1 equals 577,671 rials, and one euro is 606,432 rials, while on February 16, one euro was 593,521 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 728,354 rials and $1 costs 693,810 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 708,515 rials, and the price of $1 totals 674,912 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 910,000–913,000 rials, while one euro is about 955,000–958,000 rials.
