BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. The Absheron call center will be established by the end of 2025, said Elshad Mammadov, Advisor to the Executive Director of the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB), at the Azerbaijan International Medical Innovations Exhibition – "Medinex 2025," Trend reports.
He stated that the process of installing and implementing new software at the Absheron call center will be completed by the end of the year.
“The quality of call service in regional call centers is improving. In the first half of 2026, the process of adapting regional call center coordinators to the new software will be completed. Also, by the end of 2026, the process of creating a regional call processing service throughout the country will be completed,” he added.
