BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. The number and volume of mortgage loans provided through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) have been disclosed.
Data obtained by Trend from the MCGF indicates that a total of 54,350 mortgage loans have been issued since the foundation's establishment.
The volume of mortgage loans provided through state funds amounts to 3.5 billion manat ($2 billion).
Meanwhile, the total value of loans granted with guarantees and subsidies has reached around 549.4 million manat ($323.1 million).
Furthermore, 6,978 residential properties have been made available for rental use.
