ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 1. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has announced the privatization of 24 state-owned properties through a public auction scheduled for October 17, 2025, Trend reports via the ministry.
The auction will be conducted via the digital state property auction platform and its mobile application.
Among the largest assets on offer are a brick factory in Hendekli village, Lebap Velayat, covering 3,967 square meters; a two-story building in Lebap Velayat; and a pipe plant in Dashoguz Velayat with an area of 6,400 square meters.
In addition to industrial facilities, the auction will feature service sector properties, including shops, cafes, canteens, administrative buildings, and other production facilities.
Both Turkmen citizens and foreign nationals, as well as non-governmental legal entities from Turkmenistan and abroad, are eligible to participate in the auction in line with existing legislation.
The Ministry’s Department of Property Relations and Entrepreneurship Support, along with regional finance and economy departments, will provide consultations and additional information for interested participants.
