Azerbaijani IT-company Sinam has prepared the technical recommendations for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan. These recommendations cover the address system of Kabul, Sinam company told Trend Jan. 27.
The technical recommendations were approved by the authorized state body of Afghanistan.
Currently, a tender is expected to be held to create the address system.
Sinam intends to participate there.
"The problem with addressing of buildings and residential areas of the capital of Afghanistan is acute," Sinam said earlier.
Sinam's recommendations envisage the correct addressing system of buildings and streets of Kabul in accordance with the best international standards.
The matter may rest in working out the register of addresses and service (such as GoMap) which can be used by citizens of this country.
