Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK) and "Bagalau Qazaqstan" (Central Association of Appraisers of Kazakhstan) signed a Memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation in several key areas at once, Trend reports with reference to DBK.
First and foremost, it is the exchange of experience and knowledge in the relevant fields of activity, as well as the provision of information, methodological and expert-technical mutual assistance.
“The parties will start the exchange of experience and knowledge by holding joint seminars and forums. Moreover, now the existence of a bilateral agreement makes it easy to exchange methodological, expert and technical data. Bagalau Qazaqstan and DBK representatives will commence the joint development and implementation of standards and techniques of the international level, the normative legal acts regulating appraisal activities,” the report said.
Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK) is a national development institution for the modernization and development of the non-resource and infrastructure sectors of the economy of Kazakhstan, established in 2001.
The Chamber of Appraisers "The Self-regulatory organization Bagalau Qazaqstan Central Association of Appraisers" of Kazakhstan was established on June 12, 2018.
Its main functions are: conducting qualification examinations and issuance of qualification certificates, as well as certification to determine the level of professional training of appraisers, independent examination of evaluation reports, assistance to members of the Chamber for the exchange of experience in evaluation activities.
