BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 4. The US SPM Oil and Gas FZCO 1 oilfield equipment supplier company announced the liquidation of its branch in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, creditors can present their claims within two months at the address: Baku, Sabail district, St. Nizami, 96E.
To note, the company was entered into the state register on September 7, 2010, and its legal representative is Elnur Gulamov.
SPM Oil and Gas FZCO 1 is a company engaged in the design, installation, operation, testing, repair, inspection, and production of spare parts for rotating machinery, including manufacturing and supply services for rotating machinery used in oil production equipment.
