Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar petrochemical plant (PPP) has resumed the mass production of jet fuel, planning to start its shipping to the consumers in the second half of July 2018, the press service of the Pavlodar Chemical Plant said in a message.
The plant’s first shipment will amount to 5,000 tons of jet fuel, which equals to 80 tank wagons. A special facility for the production of aviation fuel was completely reconstructed during the modernization of the Pavlodar Refinery.
"The fuel produced in the Pavlodar petrochemical plant is fully in line with international standards, exceeding them by individual indicators. Thus, Pavlodar’s jet fuel has an ultra-low sulfur content, good anti-wear properties, as well as high chemical and thermo-oxidative stability. Such quality parameters are maintained due to strict compliance with the technological regime," the message said.
