Russian Aerospace Forces cannot use the Incirlik Air Base of NATO forces in Turkey, the country’s Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said, TASS news agency reported.
Kurtulmus added that Russia has no right to use the air base since “it is not a member of NATO.”
