BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 22. A magnitude 3,8 earthquake struck the Turkish province of Balikesir, Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said, Trend reports.
The epicenter of the tremors was in the Sındırgı district of Balikesir.
The earthquake struck at 00:29 a.m. local time and was felt in many parts of the country, including Istanbul.
